In this performance I dressed up like a somewhat bedraggled bureaucrat and passed out forms for the audience to sign. After I had collected them I then sat at a table and went through them one by one, often flipping a coin to determine whether I used the stamp I had made to either give approval to the form or not. However, the coin did not merely decide it, as I often would go against the coin for an arbitrary reason, or simply not use the coin at all.
